I’ve also found that Okie1682 has an “all in one” Clean and Smooth mod that has all the settlements clean as a whistle, but also has some coding in it that allows you to scrap items that I’ve never seen scrap-able before - like the houses and foundations in Sanctuary. STS and STC don’t even do that!

I was looking for something that specifically cleaned up the garbage inside the houses (like on the floors, etc) that is not removable via construction mode.
