WebDec 12, 2024 · Not sure of the reasons behind it but Ark does favor larger organized tribes. I for one would love to see more defensive build locations. I think Ark in its current state really is more of a mega/large tribe game. I also don't think thats a bad thing. Ark in its current state reminds me of Eve online or Shadowbane ( long gone mmo).

It isn't as crazy rich with metal as say Whitespire Peak on the Island, but it's got enough deposits that it would be all a person needs for early to mid game.
