In January 2014, the Installer cut the granite too large for the new stove top and in doing so damaged the seams of the one year old granite. WebBray and Scarff continues to bill me for service charges, but won't take responsibility for getting the unit fixed properly or repaired. Today they told me to call Kitchen Aid myself to get it fixed. I don't mind paying a premium price for premium products and services. Bray and Scarff charges a premium, but performs like a bunch of amateurs.
